5 Reasons You Should Join The Rollin’ Vets Team

Mar 11 • 2 minute read

We could list a million and one reasons why you should join the Rollin’ Vets team, but we narrowed them down to our top 5!

we are disrupting the industry

Our state-of-the-art, full-service mobile clinics are disrupting the veterinary industry with the ability to provide XRAYS, soft tissue surgeries, comprehensive exams, dental cleanings, lab work and spay/neuters right inside our van.

practice better medicine

Our doctors go directly to the patient’s home and observes the pet in their natural state—they have a leg up, as they are able to observe what toxins the pet may be potentially exposed to in their own environment.

less stress on the vet, the pet, and the owner

Our vets are far more at ease, as they only have one patient on the van at a time. They are able to give their undivided attention to their patient during the visit. Not to mention, the amount of stress that is lifted from the owner and the patient—no stressful car rides or anxious waiting rooms. The mobile model takes the stress out of the visit, causing the vet far less stress. Oh, and you know that dreaded patient paperwork you have to do at the end of every shift? Our doctors get to do theirs during travel time in between visits, so after they see their final patient of the day, they get to go home.

support and flexibility

Our management understands the vet med industry is amazing and rewarding, but it can also be grueling and challenging. We never want our team to burn out, and we strive to provide an environment where our team members flourish, which we do so by offering our team 4-day flexible schedules, paid vacation time, maternity leave, mental health support, comprehensive medical benefits, and a flexible salary (choose salary + 22% production, or straight 25% production).

ownership in the company

At Rollin’ Vets, all of our employees have ownership in the company because we recognize that the growth and success of our company would not be possible without the hard working individuals that make up our team.
