Pet Care

Our COVID-19 Commitment

Jun 1 • 2 minute read

Keeping our staff, clients, and pets safe & healthy is our priority. There’s a lot of uncertainty right now, but here are some things you can be sure of when you work with our team.

We will do everything in our power to remain healthy and available to help our patients and clients throughout this difficult time! Fortunately, we are not strangers to contagious disease in animals so we are implementing procedures that we would use in the case of highly infectious diseases in our four legged friends. Lastly, we also want to make sure that our neighbors & their pets are taken care of, so if you or someone you know is in need, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Van Treatment

While we understand not all animals can be taken outside of their home, our goal is to perform as many visits and treatments as possible from our van as to prevent cross contamination. If we do need to come into your homes, we will be in protective gear and clients will be required to sign a waiver form.

Wellness Check-Ups & Hours

Our hours have not changed, as we are open 6 days a week. We will keep you all posted if anything further changes on that front, but know that we are here for you & your pets!

Client Wellness

While we will not turn away anyone who is sick or quarantined, we do ask that you will let us know ahead of time so that we can make arrangements accordingly.

Sanitization & Cleanliness

While we always clean in between appointments, we’ll be taking extra cleaning measures, bleaching surfaces, handles, etc. and any clients that need to come into the van, we’ll be asking to wear shoe covers & sanitize hands.

Payment Over Phone

New client forms and payment will be handled via email and phone to minimize contact on devices.

Staying Informed

As a team, we are following the news closely and also maintaining all American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) recommended safety measures so that we can best keep our clients, our staff, and all pets safe and well. We believe in staying informed, but not panicked.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions, concerns or needs that we can address.

Be well and know we are here for you!
