Hey everyone!
I wanted to take a brief moment to introduce you to our new name.... Rockin’ Pets, Rollin’ Vets! After months of consideration once we decided to take on a name change to continue our growth, we landed on this new, fun name to continue to showcase our personality and keep up our slogan, Pets Rock, We Roll!
I came up with our previous name, South By South Vets, in my living room while still living and working in Austin. I thought it was fun, catchy and brought some of my personality into my business. Seeing live music has always been one of my favorite things to do outside of work, so I thought it was fitting! And while it has been a true honor building this brand with that name, we all felt that it was about time we branded ourselves as exactly who and what we are! We live by our motto, Pets Rock, We Roll, every day so we wanted to bring that into clearer focus with a new name.
While the name is changing, the staff and ownership are still the same and we are all as dedicated as ever to continuing to bring you the same level of outstanding service & care we have been delivering to you since day one!
I want to personally say thank you to all of our loyal clients and to our amazing staff that I am privileged to work with every day. Building and growing this company to service our community and their pets is a dream come true. I could not feel more fortunate to be able to do the work I love every day, but also to get to work with the best clients and staff anywhere!
Again, thank you for embracing this new (exciting!) phase alongside us. Although change is never easy, we have always viewed our clients and their pets as an extension of our family. We love you and promise we will keep on Rollin’ to you the same as it ever was....
