These statements outline the terms and conditions regarding appointments and transactions:

1. Appointment Reservation: If an appointment time is offered, it will only be held for a duration of 24 hours. This implies that if you don't confirm the appointment within this timeframe, it may be given to someone else.

2. Booking Fee Policy: All appointments necessitate a booking fee equivalent to the cost of the exam. This fee is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time. This means that if you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before it's due, you won't get a refund for the booking fee.

3. Credit Card Transaction Surcharge: Due to increased costs and inflation, there is a 3.50% surcharge added to all transactions paid with a credit card. The prices displayed on invoices reflect discounted prices for cash payments. Hence, if you pay by cash, you can save money compared to paying by credit card.
